The Junior Entrance Examination 2016, conducted on 3rd April is an examination for entrance in undergraduate engineering colleges namely IITs, NITs, ISMs and many other technological institutes. There is a long race between students every year appearing in these examinations, students have to score really well to hold a position amongst lakhs of students sitting in their competition. This year the total students that had appeared were comparatively lower as were in 2014 and 2015 but that does not bring down the challenges and competitions for the students appearing. The JEE Main 2016 Answer Key is going to be published by the organisation which conducts JEE, very soon.
JEE Main 2016 Answer Key
JEE is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) every year and CBSE does release the Answer Key to the JEE mains, before the declaration of the results, so that the students know where they stand and can feel a little relaxed and do not carry their worries till the results are announced. CBSE just not give away the answer key but it also gives it’s students the chance to give their reviews on the answer key presented. So if you students are not satisfied with any of the answer of the JEE Main Answer Key 2016, you can definitely drop your challenge to the answer you think is wrong and claim to recheck for it. JEE Main 2016 Cutoffs
CBSE set some cutoff standards for students for college entrances. This year’s cutoffs are going to be very similar to the last two year’s cutoffs, but any changes will be further edited.
JEE exams have always been in the Multiple Choice Questions Format. Multiple Choice answer marking is a little time consuming and if one marks it untidily or without following proper instructions can lose a mark and get negatively marked for the same question even though the student knew the right answer to the question. So students must know that they have properly darkened the circle to the right answer, neatly with a pencil or they might have to suffer the consequences to it. This is really unnoticed and a very casually taken mistake that students do every year but somehow fail to learn from it again and again. The exams conducted in the institutions are not given much thought about when it comes to marking as the marking is done manually. But In Junior Entrance Examination, the parers are not marked manually but by some gadgets that have no sense to read anything else but as instructed.
2015 Cutoff Marks were:
- For General category : 105
- For OBCs : 70
- For SCs : 53
- For STs :47
2014 Cutoff Marks were:
- For General Category : 115
- For OBCs : 74
- For SCs : 54
- For STs : 47
