I had been looking to hire a driver in Bangalore for some time, The first thing I did when we decided to hire someone was a quick internet search to shortlist a few job portals to post in and find a few Facebook groups through which people got leads. I registered in more than a few job portals in the first week of job search. I actually scheduled a couple of interviews in the first 24 hours of the upgrade, and to my welcome surprise, most of the candidates were above average. I hired the man I was looking for in about 3 days after that. Pretty good experience overall.
One of the things that really stood out was the efficiency of the support staff who guided me through the entire process, I was updated on a regular basis without having to login to the website every time.
