Big Basket is an App in which you can order online and get home delivery of Groceries. It’s an online App which is available on both Android Play Store as well as IOS App Store.
Big Basket is such type of App by which you can order Groceries, teas, coffees, dairy products, daily lifestyle products, and many more useful products with a simple click. It is available in most of the states of India.
Now to order something from Big Basket, firstly you have to install the Big Basket App from play store (If you are an android user) and you have to download it from App Store (If you are an IOS user).
Now make your Big Basket account by filling up all the relevant details and add your address, and BigBasket referral code, for Free 100rs Credit.
There are many categories of products so you have to select that particular product that you want to purchase.
There are subcategories also. Select your product. Price, quantity, and offers are shown against each product. You can change your quantity.
After the selection of product, click on the ADD button (which is against the product) to add that product in your cart.
After adding all your products, click on the BASKET button which is on the bottom.
Here, your shopping basket appears where all your selected products are shown.
Now click on the checkout button and select your address. Now click on the continue button to proceed further.
You can also select your delivery time. After setting the delivery time, click the continue button.
Now a page appears in which you can see your bill. If your billing amount is less than rs. 1000 then you have to give extra rs. 30 as delivery charges.
Now select your payment mode. There are some modes of payment i.e. Cash on Delivery, pay with payTM wallet, Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, pay using the mobikwik wallet, payZapp, card on delivery. After selecting your preferable mode, click on the place order button.
At the time of delivery, you will get the bill for your purchased groceries.
There are some important features of this app.
First is Smart Basket. The groceries, which you purchase on regular basis, they are added into Smart Basket. So If you want to order all that things again then you can easily order all that products by using this Smart Basket.
The second one is Shopping List in which your shopping lists are saved. If you want to create the shopping list then select that category, then click on the shopping list button. Now you can create your Shopping list and see that list whenever you want. You can create your shopping list on the basis of categories. Now you can order directly from the Shopping list.
If you are not satisfied with the product, You can Request for Refund from App and Delivery Boy will come and pick up the Product from you.
If you don’t want to make the payment again and again then you can add some amount to your Big Basket wallet. If you add rs. 1000 to your Big Basket wallet then you will get one free delivery.
